Withdrawal issues typically stem from insufficient balance in the hotwallet. When the hotwallet contains limited Dash (the example shows only 5.30 Dash), members must wait for the balance to replenish before processing larger withdrawals.

This situation is not cause for alarm and occurs occasionally. The platform works to minimize the risk of hotwallet depletion. Users can check the "Workaccount hot balance" at: https://app.crowdnode.io/

Additionally, there may be other withdrawal requests ahead of yours in a processing queue.

Terms Related to Withdrawal

The terms of service state: "Members are able to withdraw their balances at any time, however, CrowdNode reserves the right for a withdrawal processing time of up to two weeks. This is due to security reasons, as our multi-sig authorizations forces us to meet in person in order to take out balances from cold storage."
