I need to change my multi factor authentication. What do I do?

Please contact us through the contact widget.

When setting up multi factor authentication (MFA) you will be asked to save the recovery code. It looks like this:

YFYE - YH42 - V832 - YX8Z - 6JSV - GVAU

Make sure that you are in the possession of this and be aware that it is a one-time-password. A new password will be generated for each new login until we reset your MFA, hence make sure that you record the new password for every new login.

If you have lost both your MFA device and your recovery code, we will try to validate you using your phone number. If you have not provided a phone number, you will need to validate by sending us a signed message from your registered DASH address.
